Nipple grafting & Resizing
Areolar reduction, repositioning and free grafting
Areolar reduction, repositioning and free nipple grafting — either as part of a primary procedure or on its own, to correct size, height or asymmetry after earlier surgery.
Sizing and placement
There is no single correct areolar diameter. We size to your chest width and pectoral shape, and we place the graft using the pectoral border rather than a fixed measurement, because that is what actually reads as natural in a mirror.
What to expect
Grafts go through a dark, crusted phase in the first two weeks before settling. Some pigment loss is normal and can be corrected later with medical tattooing if you want it.
