How We Work
Mission, Vision and Values
Top surgery is a small elective operation with enormous personal feelings attached to it. Everything about how this clinic runs — the language on our forms, who is in the room, how long we spend on a consultation — is built around that fact.
Mission
To make well-planned, technically excellent top surgery available to people who have often waited years for it, without gatekeeping, judgement or a sales pitch. We would rather talk someone out of an operation than perform one they will regret.
Vision
A clinic where a trans or non-binary patient walks in and does not have to explain themselves first. Correct name and pronouns on every document, staff who have done this hundreds of times, and a standard of surgical planning that would satisfy any consultant anywhere in Europe.

Your price quote changes based on your requests, needs and selections. Once it is written down it does not move: no deposit is asked for to hold a date, and nothing is added later.
