Breast Reduction

Reducing volume while keeping a natural shape

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction removes volume and reshapes the skin envelope so the chest sits higher, lighter and in better proportion to your frame. For many patients it is as much about comfort — shoulder and back pain, skin irritation, restricted movement — as it is about appearance.

How it is planned

We measure from the pectoral border rather than to a fixed cup size, and we plan the scar pattern around how much skin has to come out. Where the reduction is moderate, the nipple stays attached on its own blood supply, which protects sensation.

Advantages

Immediate relief from the physical load, a chest that keeps a natural slope rather than looking hollowed, and a scar pattern hidden in the fold wherever the anatomy allows.

Trade-offs

Scars are permanent and their pattern depends on how much skin is removed. Sensation can change, and breastfeeding may be affected. We will tell you honestly which pattern your anatomy needs before you commit.
