The smallest incision we offer
A small incision along the lower areolar border, through which the glandular tissue is meticulously removed. No skin is excised and the areola is not resized.
Who it suits
Minimal chest tissue with genuinely good skin elasticity — the skin has to retract on its own once the tissue is gone. This is a smaller group of people than the internet suggests.
Advantages
Minimal or nearly invisible scarring, the fastest recovery of any technique, and the best chance of retaining full nipple sensation.
Trade-offs
No ability to reshape the skin envelope or reposition the nipple. If the skin does not retract, the result is a loose chest that needs revising.
